Q1205005 Does the CineRAID Home Series support 5400RPM (Green) Drives?
Answer

There has been several reports of "green" drives causing time out errors and not a recommend drive to use with any CineRAID unit.

We recommend to always use enterprise level hard drives under any RAID environment.
