The new EditPRO-E CR-R24E12G SAS Expander is a 3U 16Bay Rackmount storage solution using the latest 12G SAS expander technology providing up to 48Gb/s or 4800MB/s (Dual-Port) of total data bandwidth, giving you maximum throughput performance and capacity for any data intensive environment. Designed for SATA or SAS HDD or SSD's, the EditPRO-E 12G 24Bay solution supports up to 240TB* per enclosure and a total of up to 256 drives with additional SAS Expander enclosures daisy-chained together. The CR-R24E12G-X model includes a high performance Areca ARC-1883X 12G SAS RAID Controller allows for speeds up to 3000MB/s in read/write performance, doubling existing 6G SAS expander solutions. Designed large capacity HD, UHD, 2K and 4K workflow environments.
