Does the
CR-H458 require a port multiplier aware eSATA port or will it function
correctly with any eSATA port?
Answer
No, the
CR-H458 will not require port multiplier support when setting the drives
in "RAID" mode. A port multiplier supported adapter will be required
when using eSATA and trying to detect individual drives, "Normal" mode.
